This Privacy Policy explains how ComiCollector ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the ComiCollector mobile application ("App").

- Collector name or alias, if provided in the App to personalize your Vault on your device
- Email address, only if provided when submitting a support request
Financial Information
ComiCollector does not collect financial information. However, the App verifies a user's subscription status and subscription or purchase-related data through third-party providers.
Messages
Support requests may include message content and attachments.
Photos and Files
Images of comic book covers and database files of comic book collections that you choose to upload to the App remain on your device. They are not shared, stored externally, or accessed outside of local processes within the App.
App Activity
Actions within the App, such as feature usage and requests, are logged by the ComiCollector server to enforce monthly subscription quotas and troubleshoot issues.
Only data related to a user's subscription status, quota allotment, unique User ID, and comic book-related information, such as title, publisher, issue number, and assessment information, is shared with the server as required for ComiCollector to function.
App Information
Data may be collected through backend services, APIs, and third-party SDKs required for the App to function.
The App may access the device camera or photo library only when explicitly used by the user for the purpose of taking pictures of their personal comic books for use within the App.
Data Sharing
We may share personal information with service providers, including RevenueCat and Resend, third-party integrations such as eBay, and legal authorities when required by law.
Listings created through the App are subject to eBay's policies and moderation systems.
User Rights and Control
Users may withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the App or by requesting data deletion.
Users may request deletion of server-related data within the App, by contacting support, or by visiting ComiCollector's website and submitting a request for data deletion.
ComiCollector does not use traditional user accounts. The App relies on device-based identifiers and subscription linkage. Users may delete their account and associated data within the App.
Tracking
ComiCollector does not use personal data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
ComiCollector does not track users across other apps or websites. No opt-out is required.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Data is transmitted using secure encryption, including HTTPS.
Data Retention
Personal information is retained only while necessary for App functionality and legal obligations and is deleted upon request or when no longer required.
